LIL' Wing Challenge Team Bios

 TEAM GIBSON BORELLI & LAUREN ZILBERMAN

Gibson BorelliGIBSON BORELLI from Hoboken, New Jersey is a 13 year old with enormous talents that have given him the opportunity to express himself through many different medium. Not only is Gibson an accomplished chef who won the Rachael vs. Guy Kid’s Cook-off and has made an appearance on Cake Boss, but he also excels in theater and writing. Gibson has appeared in numerous productions staged by the Hoboken Children’s Theater in New Jersey and had a feature article published in the New Jersey Star Leger. He has participated in numerous youth culinary competitions and also enjoys playing ice hockey for his New Jersey Wild team.
Lauren ZilbermanLauren Zilberman is 13 years old, she is in 8th grade in Bay Academy Middle School. Lauren competed on Season 2 of Rachael vs Guy Kids Cook-Off where she and 7 other kids tested their skills in the kitchen as well as on camera. Cooking and acting are two of Lauren's passions, when she is not cooking or acting, Lauren loves to draw and to practice her photography skills. Her favorite animal is a LLama and her favorite band is Black Sabbath.

 TEAM MADSON GRANT & LUIS ORTEGA

Madison GrantMADISON GRANT is 12 years old and resides in Chicago, IL. While many kids gain their cooking expertise by watching Mom or Grandma, Madison seemed to inherit her cooking genetics from her dad Bill. Her first task from him was to learn how to peel shrimp, and that led to her preparing meals under her parent’s watchful eyes when she was only 9. Mom Gina joined in the fun by nurturing Madison’s cooking skills with encouragement to go to culinary classes and camps. The family installed a socially conscious message in Madison’s cooking who feels that breaking bread and enjoying food can bridge the gap between people from all walks of life.
