United Way of Long Island President & CEO Theresa A. Regnante appeared on the Fox Business News Show, Varney & Co. Theresa discussed United Way of Long Island's historical ground breaking of the first Department of Energy, Zero Energy Ready Home in the country to be built by Veterans for Veterans in the VetsBuild Training program.   National Grid Foundation recently made a gift of $125,000 to support Project Warmth, United Way of Long Island's Emergency Fuel Fund. An initiative of UWLI, Project Warmth enables residents who are facing heating and utilities emergencies to keep a warm and healthy home throughout this especially cold season.
