Network Coordinator, HIV/AIDS Grants Management
United Way of Long Island, together with our community partners, is committed to changing the lives of Long Islanders by investing in improving access to health care, supporting children and youth, reducing hunger and assisting our neighbors in need.

We are seeking a Network Coordinator to provide support and leadership to the Ryan White HIV Care Network in developing and accomplishing work plan goals and objectives. Provide outreach to HIV/AIDS service providers and persons living with HIV/AIDS on Long Island.

Qualified candidates must have Bachelors Degree in Health and Human Services with three years experience. Two years of this experience must be in community organizing/planning, and one year of experience must be in HIV/AIDS. Masters Degree in a health-related field preferred with one year of HIV/AIDS experience.

Contracts Administrator HIV/AIDS Grants Management

We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to administer Ryan White Part A contracts of funded provider agencies and manage information that will enable Nassau and Suffolk counties and the Nassau-Suffolk HIV Health Services Planning Council to evaluate service utilization.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors Degree in Health and Human Services required with four years of experience in health and human services. Two years of this experience must be in HIV/AIDS or a Masters Degree in a health related field preferred with two years of HIV/AIDS experience.

Community Educator, HIV/AIDS Grants Management
Part Time: 10 hours per week

We are seeking a Community Educator to provide administrative and programmatic support to the Ryan White HIV Care Network staff through education and advocacy efforts to individuals and families infected and affected by HIV disease. Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years experience working with HIV/AIDS populations.
