Long Island Wins Lawsuit to Restore HIV/AIDS Funding Long Island has won a lawsuit against the US Dept. of Health and Human Services (HHS) for "drastic and unauthorized" cuts to vital services for Long Islanders living with HIV/AIDS. The cuts began March 1, 2007. |
