Child Care Council of Suffolk
Parent Leadership Initiative (PLI) – Training
Parent leadership initiative courses are one night a week with dinner and child care provided. Participants are given working knowledge of state and local government, media, civic relations and available community resources. Participants of this program will learn to become parent leaders, advocates, increase involvement in their community and make a real difference in the health, happiness and success of children in their community.
